Arunachal Electronic and Digital Media Association gives affiliation to 5 media houses namely Arunachal News Live, Arunachal News 365, Capital News, Voice Now, India Today NE through its annual membership drive.

With this above 5 media houses will have an access to press conferences held at Arunachal Press Club taking the total affiliated member to 14.

Earlier there were only 9 electronic and digital media houses that were affiliated with AEDMA like Arunachal Today, Arunachal Mirror, Arunachal News 24×7, Gyoloo News, Itanagar News, The Space, Arunachal Headlines, Arunachal Express and Synyik Watchdog.

Itanagar, 16 November 2022 : On the eve of National Press Day celebration 2022 Arunachal Electronic and Digital Media Association launched its official website (www.aedma.in) at the new building of Arunachal Press Club Itanagar. The website was launched by Chief Minister Pema Khandu who attended the celebration along with Home & IPR Minister Bamang Felix and Advisor to IPR Minister Laisham Simai.

The purpose of the website launch is to make people aware of the association’s aims and objectives.

The Arunachal Press Club (APC), Arunachal Pradesh Union of Working Journalists (APUWJ) and Arunachal Electronic & Digital Media Association (AEDMA) observed the third death anniversary of senior journalist late Taro Chatung at the Press Club here on Wednesday

 Late Chatung’s wife Taro Bina and her daughter were also present on the occasion.

Election-cum- General Conference of state’s three media bodies (APC, APUWJ & AEDMA) held at Pare Hall, DK Convention Centre.
Shri Dodum Yangfo and Shri Damien Lepcha were elected as President and General Secretary of the Arunachal Press Club. Shri Amar Sangno and Shri Sonam Jelly were elected as President and General Secretary of the Arunachal Pradesh Union of Working Journalists. Shri JT Tagam and Miss Sangge Droma were elected as President and General Secretary of the Arunachal Electronic and Digital Media Association respectively.
