    The executive body of AEDMA comprises of following portfolios.

    1. President
    2. Vice-President
    3. General Secretary
    4. Asst. General Secretary
    5. Treasurer
    6. Auditor
    7. Asst. Auditor
    8. IPR Secretary
    9. Convenor
    10. Sports and Cultural Secretary

    The election is held every three years only for the post of President and General Secretary. Rest posts are filled by the elected President and General Secretary.

    As per the Article No. 7 of AEDMA ByeLaw,

    1. The tenure of the Executive Body is three years.

    2. Election or Selection of the new Executive Body of Arunachal Electronic and Digital Media Association will be held in a general body meeting on completion of every three years tenure.

    3. The Election / Selection of AEDMA will be held as per the norms of APUWJ/APC i.e Election Selection of only the President and General Secretary, the rest will be selected by the President and General Secretary of AEDMA.
